charged for items not ordered
I ordered a trial supply to be charged for just shipping and handling. Now I am being charged $74.00 for 2 bottles of 30 capusulas each that I did not order. I need to know how I can stop this from continueing on a regular basis.

they're sneeky theives
I've written 2 different complaints about these people. The first when they were only taking 19.99 and the second when they took the ampount of 74.76. They're sneeky because they've put the title of my second complaint and shown it with the body of the first! IT JUST GOES TO SHOW WHAT KIND OF HORRIBLE PEOPLE THEY ARE. iT DOESN'T CHANGE THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE CHEATED ME AND OTHERS OUT OF OUR HARD EARNED MONEY ! tHEY'VE CHARGED MY CARD WITH 74.76 AFTER SAYING THEY WOULD ONLY CHARGE 19.99. At this point I have unsubscribed and they still have not given my money back. I want the charge of 74.76 taken off my card and I want my name taken from they're mailing list. If you haven't purchased from them already...don't...you'll be sorry. This company is not to be trust. What a shame!

Taking wrongful amounts of MY MONEY
I ordered the, so called, "free sample" for the price of S&H and I agreed to the price of auto-shipment at 19.99 a month that they offered when I cancelled the one they offered for the price of $79 and change per monthly shipment. I receive a notification through email from them today saying that I would be charged 19.99 when they ship my first full bottle and guess what I also received... A CHARGE ON MY CARD FOR $74.76 from this company! I can't imagin where they came up with this amount! Apparently they just pick an amount from the sky...who knows! The only reason I felt that I could trust this company was because Dr. Perricone endoursed it! Shame on him and this whole company! I don't want their miracle pills anymore. I won't trust anything I see that's akin to the Westminster endoursment! I want the charge of &74.76 taken from my card and I want my name taken from their mailing list! WHAT A NIGHTMARE! If you haven't made the mistake already...PLEASE DON'T! You'll be sorry! These pills may possibley cause weightloss due to the fact of stress put on innocent, trusting people. It's a sad would when shopping online has to be stopped due to so much deceit!

didnot order got big bottle charge 74.76to my credit card
I order 5 days supply 1.87 was all that I approve to purchase. Today I got big bottle and it was charge to my credit card wiht out my approveable.I'm sick of being done like this it make me want to never order a charge again. I want them to take it back and give me credit on card for this un authorize charge. I have tried 3 time to call them no answer. I'll keep trying. what a shotie company to do this. Thanks. Help me...

I did order the free sample and was charged only the s&h
on 8/8/2008 on 8/23/2008 I recieved another sample, which I didnot order and was charged 74.76 . I want this charge taken of my charge NOW.
I am taking this to the attorney General and to all the radio and TV stations. If I do not hear from you immediately and have this removed from my bill This is FRAUD.

Charge for order not made
I ordered a 1 week sample of AcaiBerry for about $7 including shipping.
Then about 2 week later I receive a full container with 30 tablets in the mail.
I did not order any additional pills and wish to cancel this order.
Let me know how I can return the unused portion.

Unauthorized shipment of their product.
Charge my Credit Card without any order from me. I only agreed to a trial of their product . It cost too much for a month supply $74.00, so I will try to dispute it through my Credit Card .
