Purebreeders lies and can get away with it
Purchase what we were told was a English Bulldog and he now a year later does not look like and english bulldog. Purebreeders lies and can get away with it. Because even though our DNA test shows he's a Stafford Bull Terrier it theres no proof that is true. What a joke. So basically they an say whatever they want. This is the response I received from the company:One can never know or guarantee the conformity of a puppy which is why only a sliver of the puppy population meet the exact AKC 'requirements' of a show quality dog. We only guarantee healthy pets, as (name) is, and we cannot guarantee conformation.
So because my dog is healthy it doesn't matter that they lied and sold us the wrong dog... Beware of this company!!!

The customer service at www.purebredbreeders.com is terrible
I bought a very expensive chihuahua online from purebredbreeders.com and that chihuahua is 10 pounds now. We spent $1600.00 on this puppy and had it flown to california from Detriot. The customer service at www.purebredbreeders.com is terrible. No refunds, no guarantees. Chihuahua's are not supposed to be over 6 pounds according to the AKC guidelines. Do not buy a puppy online. Do not buy a puppy from: purebredbreeders.com.

They do not care anything about the puppies
I purchased a yorkie puppy for 2239.00 on 12/1/2009 and the puppy was going to be shipped via airplane on 12/6/2009. My father had a stroke and I had to cancel, as it was not a good time to bring home a puppy. I called on 12/4/2009 to cancel and I was sent a refund form to fill out. They would be refunding me 1744.00, because they keep $495.00 for the cancellation. On 12/5/2009, I received a call from the yorkie breeder. The breeder was able to track me down with the little information she was given by Purebred breeders. She called to tell me the puppy would not be shipped because he had a seizure that day. I informed her I had canceled the puppy the day before. She had no knowledge of this. Purebred Breeders did not contact her to let her know. If the dog had not been sick, the breeder would have put him on a plane not knowing he had been canceled. What would have happened to this little puppy. No one would have been at the airport to pick him up. I received my refund on 12/7/2009 for 1744.00. On 12/12/09 Purebred Breeder recharged my credit card for 1744.00. When I called to let them know their error, they told me in their computer, I had called back the night before the dog was to ship and had changed my mind, and the dog was shipped and I was then charged. I told them I never called to change my mind, and I never pick up a dog at the airport, because he was never shipped. They then contacted the breeder to find out what happened. They never realized that they failed to inform the breeder of the cancellation. They do not care anything about the puppies. They only care about making money. Had the puppy been shipped, what would have happened to it? Once they realized their mistake, they told me they would credit my card for 1744.00. It is now 12/24/09 and I still have not received my credit. I have emailed and called to no avail.
