My wife ordered a free sample from an ad on Facebook for an Electronic Cigarette Starter Kit for 9.95. Thirteen days later her bank account was billed for 99.10 presumably for a small pack of 15 refills that was sent to us but was not ordered or authorized by her. We've been down this road before. I immediately had here bankcard invalidated and a new card with a new number issued so these thieves can not steal anymore money. I finally got through to a rep around 7pm MT to cancel this service and have this charge removed. I was able to have the service canceled but the rep said that the company is not accepting returns and will not refund any money. She went on and on about the small print in the ad saying if this service was not canceled in a certain amount of time that it gave them permission to continue to send and bill for product. Yeah right, must have been awfully small print. I'm turning this over to my bank for a fraud charge to see if they can get anywhere with it. Sounds like the makings for a Class Action Suit! My bank rep says there are no rules on the Internet and that we need to get on our congressmen to start enacting some legislation to stop this type of fraud.

from a free trial charged 9.95 .went to a charge of 99.oo, then im told another 45, has been entered on my next statement, try to call them------what a waste of time nobody answers. you can be on hold for hours...next i have to fight with the credit card company.
