Unauthorised charges to credit card
PureCleansePro offers a free trial of product and then makes unauthorised charges to your credit card and there are no contact details for you to try and cancel the free trial. Only option seems to be cancelling your card and getting your bank to intervene. If I could find a way to contact the US's version of Dept. of Fair Trade and complain but it probably would do no good. Products don't work either. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON TRIAL - IT IS NOT WORTH THE RISK. Got to wonder if National Breast Cancer Foundation is happy having their name at the bottom of fraudster's mail outs??

money taken want a refund as no product recieved.have tried contacting and no response
£54.15 taken without me knowing and never recived product any way!i want my money back!have tried ringing there customer service number and never get a reply nor does e-mailing them!scammers and i want my money back

Taking money!
Hi I was going through my statement to find improvehealth 8668077356 had taken 2 payments for nothing. One for £50.20 and another for £51.27. 7 days apart. after a little research i found that you can call the number on your statement (8668077356) with your skype phone for free! All you have to do is add 1 infront of that number and bobs your uncle you get through to them no problem. So dont waiste your time trying to call them using the number you got with your products cause if you have already tried you will see it is not a working number! Well it is but never open. If you have not already got a skype phone you can download it on to your computer for free. This way you get the canel your order by speaking to a member of the company and it doesnt cost you a penny! Unlike the Pro cleanse pills that only shead pounds from your account!

taking money fromy accout without my permission
Hi i ordered this as a tril only, and they have been taking money from my credit card woithout my permission. £51.12 on 25/09.09 £51.46 on 02/10/09. I have sent them E-Mail asking them why they have done this and they have not got back to me. Why becuse they know what they have done DO NOT EVER USE this company. James

refunds for product not received
I have tried repeatedly to have two charges removed from my MC bill for one Purecleanse product that I received and returned and another product that I never received. I have been told by customer service that the two charges would be credited to my MC account. These charges were $59.95 posted to my MC account on 04/265/2009 and $59.95 on 05/26/2009. My order ID # 800058410; cancellation #34356

Big Scam
I ordered Acai Advanced together with Pure Cleanse Pro with S & H of $5.95 and $4.95 respectively on 5/23/09. Took for four days and had terrible stomach pains with bloating so I stopped. When I tried calling them I finally reach a speaking person and was told that they didn't know who I was and that this was not their product. Although I paid with my Debit Card I am worried about putting more money on it for fear they will charge the non-existent order on it. What can I do? Any suggestions? How are these people able to operate like this. This is my first and last time I will order something like this online. HELP!!!

Billing
Found an online ad on Forbes for colon cleanse product. Ordered a 14 day trial and was billed the shipping and handeling + $59.95 for a "membership" meaning a monthly billing. Called and cancelled my order but was told that they could not stop the shipment even though I cancelled just as soon as I saw the charge on my bank account.

Did NOT recieve
DO NOT buy this product, due to the fact goods not arrive,
YOU can not CONTACT them on phone (tried today disconected)
All they want are your CREDIT CARD details and charge you, have paid out over $120 Aus for goods NOT recieved, and can NOT CANCEL, Have my credit card bank looking into.
With a bit of LUCK might get money back.

This is just a waste of time and energy~I called to get the product April2, 2009, rec'd it on the 9th, and called today to see if I can cancel/opt out~
WELL I spoke w/Qadriyya, after listening to a recorded msg that stated that if you don't like this product, simply give to a family member or friend.Right! Qadriyya explained to me that she WOULD take me off from the 'mailing', and that I needed to send back the product, insured at that, to an address that wasn't anywhere on the site, nor was it on the bottle of 'dietary supplements'!
I was very PO'D at the fact that even if I return the product w/in the time constraints, that my CC will STILL be charged $59.95~no matter what...and it may take..'oh, a couple of weeks' to rec. the refund!
I love to try new things, at the age of 51, and I haven't ever had the trouble I have had with this one! I am always sending for this or that, for a trial, and can easily cancel w/in the time limits...I am looking for something that FITS ME right! So, why the big issue here~(I do try to be mindful whist doing so, as well!)
FYI~BE careful if you ever order this product: TO return it, I need to write a note stating WHY I don't like/want it, include the order #, and also send the capsules in an INSURED mailer~I wonder if it'll ever get there? (Oh I can do a registered mailer..but..time consuming!)
Warning:BE very aware, and if you are like me, you will think that this is as asinine as I!
