i have booked a germ kill battery kit on website of pure it, a water purifier of Hindustan Uniliver on 3rd June 2011 and got the booking no RFS/454739. When I didn't get any update then on 10th June 2011 I called up customer care to have some update, they told me that the previous no is incorrect & gives me the new order booking no-RFS/4688**(I don't remember) and have committed me to give the service within 24 hours from my call. I have make sever calls to the concerned customer service & on each call they assure me that my order have been booked and I will get the germ kill kit with in 24hrs, but there is no further response from there side. whatever after my last order booking they didn't yet respond me & didn't delivered me the germ kill battery. On my last call today 15th June 2011 I had a talk with their supervisor Saurabh Raghav and asked the reason, he told me the same thing ""Apologies" and need to check with the agency, i asked him several times that why you haven't checked it yet and then i got the same answer "apologies". I am feeling quite harassed by the worst responsibility to the customer by the company.
i don't need any apologies but need to know that where is the gap?????
