Ordered a pair of trainers mid November 2010 but were too small and they had run out of stock to exchange so I sent them back (at my own expense) to get a refund. I received an email to confirm they had been received and the money would be refunded in 7 days. That was 25th November 2010. I am STILL waiting for the money. Have done the following with no response: 1. Phoned their 'customer service line' but it is permanently engaged (Tel given : 01438 729 021) 2. Used their website countless times to contact them - not once have I received a reply. It says on the site that they will contact within 24 hours 3. Sent them a letter by recorded mail - no response 4. Asked the staff on the order line to leave messages on numerous occasions - again no response. It seems to me that ordering is fine but refunds are not being processed and NO WAY to get in touch! Complete shambles and will be taking this matter further! BE careful when using this site!
