FRAUD
My fiancé and I attended a presentation put on by a company calling themselves PURELIFE ESSESENTIALS, the presentation was for some very expensive cookware. I received a call from a person who stated that if me and my fiancé attended the seminar we would receive 'FREE' vacation deals, of course I was a little skeptical but we did go last night at the Hilton Hotel in Dallas, TX. The 'FREE' vacation deals was a travel coupon booklet, supposedly worth over $10, 000, at the end of the seminar after you are asked to sign the dotted line for cookware costing over $2000!! dollars, they give you a 'certificate' that you are instructed to mail in with a check for $15.95 for 'processing and handling' and they will 'mail' you your travel booklet. The salesmen don't have business cards, giving the excuse that no one ever calls them and basically try to get you to buy right then, so you don’t 'lose the deal'. I went online to research the company before I was going to write my check, to my surprise, there is NOTHING on this company other than their own website www.purelife-essentials.com/. they are not listed under the better business bureau, there are no other hits on the internet for PURELIFE ESSENTIALS/PURE LIFE COMPANY, After further digging, found this site http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-561-697-2490/4 with people talking about this company which used to be ANOTHER Company BRIDAL PREVIEW! AND is now selling the same SCAM under PURELIFE ESSENTIALS, THERE ARE NO REPORTS THAT ANYONE HAS SUCCESSFULLY USED THE TRAVEL BOOKLETS, THERE ARE MANY REPORTS OF PEOPLE NEVER GETTING THEIR BOOKLETS, AND THIS AFTER THE COMPANY HAS CASHED THEIR CHECK, AND IF THE PERSON DID GET THE TRAVEL BOOKLET-THEY COULD NOT USE IT BECAUSE IT WAS MISSING THE REQUIRED CODES! BEWARE COUPLES, THEY TRAVEL ALL AROUND THE COUNTRY WITH BRIDAL SHOWS/EXPOS, THEY GET YOUR INFO OFF WEDDING SITES AND CALL YOU TO TRY TO GET YOU TO SHOW UP TO ONE OF THEIR PRESENTATIONS AND BAIT YOU WITH THE 'FREE TRAVEL DISCOUNTS OR OTHER DISCOUNTS' DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE! TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND ANYONE ELSE YOU KNOW IS GETTING MARRIED OR IS MARRIED, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY-NEITHER OF WHICH YOU WILL GET BACK IF YOU FALL FOR THIS SCAM.
