purelift Reviews

Rip off
I stupidly signed up for a free trial of Pure Lift (just having to pay the postage).
I then cancelled the order after my trial period, but still had a further three bottles sent to me. I returned them, and finally got a refund.
This was six months ago.
Now I suddenly get a charge on my credit card for £2.04 from fitclubonline. I telephoned them on 0018664074020. They have cancelled my order, but refuse to refund my money. This is a total SCAM. Apparently Pure Lift have about 5 or 6 different companies under their umbrella, so if you sign up to them, expect all these funny little charges to come through.

Unable to cancel order
I have tried unsucessfully to cancel my order from Purelift and have been informed by my bank I would have to cancel my card and get a new one to stop them getting more money out of me.I only ordered the Purelift cream but am being charged for various other products I do not receive or requested. I would appreciate some advice on how to rid myself of this product once and for all. Thank you for your time, Christine Miller.

Unauthorised charging to credit card
After receiving a free sample offer of this beauty product, the company began sending me more product and charged my credit card without my permission. It has proved impossible to contact the company in order to stop the payments.

unauthorised use of credit card
I accepted a free sample of Purelift cream and then had my credit card charged for follow-up supplies without further notification or discussion. A payment of $99.43 has been charged and has gone through my Credit Union account. The first sample had a chatty letter with a phone number which is in US and always engaged, there is no other means of contacting the company. The supplies are sent out by a company called "Just Think Media", PO box 4440, Milperra BC, NSW 1891. I have sent them a complaint but have had no reply. I have told my Credit Union to block further payments.

Unautherised credit card usage
Applied for a free trial and agreed to pay for the postage via credit card. A few weeks later I was debited $95 and now I have recieved another bottle of the cream, although I don't want it. There is no contact details, web address or phone number with the bottle so I don't know how to contact them to complain, demand my money back and insist noo more are sent to me. Marilyn

Unauthorized shipment and charge
I order a free sample of PureLift in November, 2009 and paid the shipping charge, which was clearly stated, and I was fine with that. I carefully read the web site fine print to make absolutely sure no further shipments would be sent unless I authorized them. Nevertheless, the next month I received another bottle of the product and my Visa card was charged for $$86.93. This is insane. I called their customer service five times and spoke to five different people, including two supervisors. They all insisted that the terms and conditions appeared above my credit card information on my original order. I asked for the website, and asked them to stay on the line so I could see the original terms and conditions of sale. In all cases, the website, purelift ultra.com, was listed as no longer a valid website. I asked them to email me the terms and conditions of the original sale. I received three different emails from three different customer service reps, but when I opened them and clicked on "open content" there was no content. I asked them copy and past the terms and conditions and send them to me as an attachment, and they said they couldn't. Incidentally, I was able to easily open the other email they sent me with the instructions for return. THEREFORE, I HAVE NO PROOF WHATSOEVER THAT THERE WERE ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDED WITH THE FREE SAMPLE THAT SAID I WOULD BE SHIPPED AND CHARGED FOR ADDITIONAL PRODUCT. MOST CERTAINLY, there was no mention of an $86.93 charge. When I asked the agents to just read me the terms and conditions, they said they couldn't because they were too long. I told them I did not trust them because of all the complaints on the internet. They said the complaints were because people do not read the fine print. THAT MANY complaints? I don't think so. I do not believe there ever were any terms and conditions saying additional product would be shipped. I am always very careful to read the fine print. All I asked was that my return shipping charges be refunded. All the agents including supervisors I spoke to refused and the answer I got from each was, "There's nothing more I can do." Baloney! I want my $86.-- refund and my return shipping refund. What a SCAM! Interestingly, when I went on google to try to find the purelift free trial offer, which was listed on several different beauty product websites, the websites said the offer was "expired, " so even there was no way to check to see if there really were terms and conditions. Keep the apologies, just refund my charges and DO NOT tell me the terms and conditions were listed above my credit card information. If customer service is truly your priority you will find a way to take care of this.
