This company advertises a free test trial that in fine print guarantees nothing. They send out trial that takes five to seven or more days shipping so no trial of product is allowed. Mine was sent to wrong zip and came to late to try. I called to cancel on day they gave me as due and they had already charged my card and said it was too late. I asked to speak to manager and was given a complaints department e-mail site that of course does not come up. I have canceled future shipments and charges but don't feel I will get my money back on the 88 already charged. It is a scam set up to take your money satisfied or not with the product. You have no real time to test it and if you want to cancel for whatever reason you will be charged with the first shipment with no seeming recourse.

So buyers again beware just don't order on the net unless you have read about their return and sales polices. Easier to just save your money and get referrals by doctors or in pharmacies. These guys are in it to get your money and not help you. I am sure in some cases product is fine and may work but they are not allowing you to cancel it for any reason until after they have scamed the first shipping cost.

Called the number given on order sheet and got someone but the so far no one of help or the claims department. Better business needs to know but mostly just word of mouth to stop the ripe offs like this for people who change their mind for whatever reason. Times are too hard to have you charged for products you don't want and can't use and sent back or canceled.

Best action to cancel card and get new one or to call credit card company with dispute. Still may not change outcome if you have been charged.
