Ordered a free trial of the product. I was charged about $12 for delivery. Then I tried to call the company and cancel my membership but I was on hold for a while. Later on I realized my credit card was charged twice for $94.49CAD. I haven't received any product except the trial product. Tried to call the company - was closed for the moment but the message says I can chat live on-line 24/7. Went on the website to chat online - clicked and clicked and clicked on the link "live chat" but nothing happened. I will try to call the company in the morning and meanwhile I will contact my credit card company to stop these charges. The web site tells how much they care about customers' satisfaction but in reallity you cannot contact the company.
I hope I will be able to get my money back.
