Keep charging my credit card
I just tried the trial for $4.99. Now they keep charging my credit card. I sent the pills back, unopened. They still charge my credit card.

charged my account with almost eighty dollars for something I did not order
I ordered what I believed to be a trial bottle and only paid shipping the website said. Then after 14 days they charged my account with 80.00 for the bottle that said free trial. It did not say free for 14 days. When I called them to close my account so I would not be charged again and asked for a refund they gave me mumbo jumbo about did you read the policy. They are thiefs and crooks and scam artists. I am very upset and plan to complain any where I can.

Won't stop sending product and billing
Informed Purity in Augusst I no longer wanted product. They offered me same stuff for about $30 cheaper. I kept the number they assigned to the call. 3 months larter I got about 4 shipments all within a week and then the bill showed up again. Called them again, they said yes it was a mistake and woud reimburse me and gave me another reference number for the call. They did a reimburse but did not equal what they charged (much less). Right after Christmas in came more product and now more charges. The charges are for the full $74 .95 (not the lesser they previously offered). Sure looks like a rip-off scam to me!

Cancellation of product
I recieved my trial package in the mail, was not happy with the product and cancelled before the trial period. This was almost a year ago. one or two months will pass and the company sends me more of the product and charges my credit card. I call they till that indeed I cancelled they say sorry for the inconvinience and that's it. Now again about two to three months later they send me the product and charge my credit card again. Something should really be done about this company. They are comitting fraud, there charging peoples credit cards and sending them products to a cancelled order.

unhappy with service
I have tried and tried (6 months) to get my money back, and yet the product at 74.95 EACH keeps being taken from my Visa account. The last three months I have kept track of names, and the most recent person I talked to is "Bob" #109 (info that was given me by "Bob") and he said (for the third time) that I will be refunded my money $224.85 in 3-12 business days (that would be June 21, 2010) for THE THIRD TIME. He kept "reminding" me to let him refund my money. I said that I had heard this from three representatives, and after reading all the reports on this site, and many other sites, I didn't believe him. But, I "fell" for his speech again. If I don't get my refund in 3-12 business days I am calling Visa. If you buy from them you are NUTS!

Charging my account without permission
I ordered a free trial of these pills in September, paid my $2.13 shipping and received the bottle which I took for only 4 days and finally realized it was giving me stomach cramps. Never heard from them again nor received anything in the mail until today, January 28th when I saw $89.00 was deducted from my bank account twice in the same day. When I called them they said their computer was down for two months which is why they never deducted anything sooner from my account in the prior months. I said I never ordered anything but the free sample and never have received anything n the mail. They argued the fact that I never called to cancel my order. Why would I call to cancel if I never received anything after my free sample nor did you take any money out of my account until today? They said their computer was down for two months which is why I was not charged earlier. They would only credit me for one $89.00 charge so essentially I paid $89.00 for a free sample as I still to this day do not have anything from them after the free sample was sent. Why would I cancel something that I didn't know I had? Especially since nothing was sent in the mail and it took them from September to January to charge me. This is one scam I hope to be able to get myself out of soon.

Overcharged
I ordered a FREE trial in October & was charged 4.95 for shipping. January 24 & January 25th 2010 I was charged 89.99 twice and I have NOT recievd ANY product. I called the # on my credit card bill & Zach the supervisor on the floor told me that it was for the bottle that I received back in October & the one they just sent out to me on 1/25/10. I said I was NOT aware of this & please CANCEL & credit my account...he said they DO NOT have a return policy and I should have been aware of these charges when I ordered the FREE sample!!! I am disputing these charges with my credit card. They are a bunch of SCAMMERS!!!

I want all to know all is well and running smoothly with Purity 12 and product shipment and credit card issues. I and my family use several of their products and we have received all in a timely fashion with e-mail notification of shipping, etc. Our credit card has been billed appropriately. We even changed the credit card on line without a hitch recently.

On that note if you consider the company just launched a shift in how it sells it's products and compound the fact that they changed credit card processing companies at the same time they have done an amazing job and all is smooth.

I actually have several friends who use the products and all have been pleased with product and haven't had any issue.

Finally Working Great
Purity 12 has finally fixed all of their shipping and credit card problems and are providing much better customer support. I tried the free samples and received valid confirmation emails and shipping/tracking information, as well as received my product in a timely manner.

They did not automatically put me on autoship or charge me anything other that the simple $9.95 for shipping and handling. I think this company's products are great and I hope people keep buying from them. It seems like many startup companies have hiccups but at least Purity 12 has worked them out and is trying to provide good service.

Unauthorized Charges
I tried Purity 12 and it didn’t work. Not only didn’t it work, but I cancelled my account TWICE and they were still charging me. They give you 30 days money back guarantee from the time you order to get your money back, but they don’t ship the product until over a month later. It is impossible to not be charged for the product. They do not really offer a money-back guarantee. If you don’t like the product they offer a “promotion” for half-price then fail to send the product until well after the “money-back guarantee” is passed. Do not get caught up in this scam. Purity 12 is not worth the $89 initial charge or the subsequent $35 charges.
