Rather than wasting your time complaining why don't you go back to the website and re read what you DID indeed agree to. You have to literally check a box that says "I AGREE" before you can even process your order. That is an automated signature and legal binding contract. Also look at the top of the website, in the terms and conditions (Listed 5 times throughout the ordering process), in your email or even ON THE BOTTLE of Purity 12 that you received for the correct phone number!!

I was told of free trail and could cancel within 14 days to soon find out before the 14 days was up i got charge 89.00 out of my account. i have no idea what it is for and do not have any product. i had also been charge 39.00 for a product that i didnt order i was just gettin the free trial, so i thought

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. IT DOES NOT WORK AND IS IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN. You are offered a free trial for about $3 but if you keep the product for 30 days you are then charged $74.95. If you call to complain they will reduce the charge to $34.95. I figured why not try it for 2 months and see if that's how long it takes to see results. DOES NOT WORK. I was not expecting miracles. I had put on some excess weight due to stress and poor eating habits. I cleaned up my eating and started exercising and still no results so I tried this. It DID nothing and neither does the ACAI Berry you are encouraged to take with it. I kept meaning to call and cancel but 3 bottles were delivered before I made the call. I just figured I would be allowed to return them for credit since they were still sealed. I called and they have a strict policy that they will not accept returns. I said if your product is so great why not take it back-the bottles are still sealed. I also told them I was unemployed and needed the credit for a product I had no intention of using.
