I cannot believe your company charged my account with out my permission, after I cancelled my order. I was told by your company representative that I would not be charged, Jenny even gave me a cancellation number ( 380328881464087928291 ). Why did you charge my account without my permission? Why do I now have to go through the heart ache of calling your company on my time, putting a stop payment against your fraudulent access to my account, as well as suffering high blood pressure because of this deceitful dishonest attempt to accure funds from my charge account without my permission. I now I have to worry that your company will fraudulently continue to charge my account every month after I cancelled my account with your representative. I cancelled my account that night. I was told that night my account would not be charged. I told your representative that night not to charge my account and not to send any product. What is the purpose of having an online representative if you don't honor her work and her cancellation of my account? Why are you purposely putting me under mental and physical duress? Is this how your company operates ?
