Fraudulently Charging Credit Account
Pamela:
I cannot believe your company charged my account with out my permission, after I cancelled my order. I was told by your company representative that I would not be charged, Jenny even gave me a cancellation number ( 380328881464087928291 ). Why did you charge my account without my permission? Why do I now have to go through the heart ache of calling your company on my time, putting a stop payment against your fraudulent access to my account, as well as suffering high blood pressure because of this deceitful dishonest attempt to accure funds from my charge account without my permission. I now I have to worry that your company will fraudulently continue to charge my account every month after I cancelled my account with your representative. I cancelled my account that night. I was told that night my account would not be charged. I told your representative that night not to charge my account and not to send any product. What is the purpose of having an online representative if you don't honor her work and her cancellation of my account? Why are you purposely putting me under mental and physical duress? Is this how your company operates ?

Jenny Says: Ok, Great, now Christopher Brandon, I understand you wish to cancel and we would hate to see you go!

Jenny Says: Therefore; We would like to offer you a instant savings today! We would like to drop your payment to only $39.95 that's a 50% savings off the regular price!

Jenny Says: Would you like to take advantage of this discount?

You: I was not aware that your company would take control of my credit card and charge me 74.95 a month everymonth.

Jenny Says: Okay, no problem. I will make note that you've cancelled your account. You will not be billed again. Your referenceID for this will be 380328881464087928291.

Jenny Says: Is there anything else I can help you with today?

You: Can you email me that cancellation number for my records? Also, why won't the online cancel form work???

Jenny Says: Please call 1-866-897-0663 for live customer service.

You: Is that number toll free???

You: So I presume the number is not toll free since you will not answer. Well, thank you anyway for cancelling my account, please do not send any product since I did not pay for it. And please do not flood my cell phone, home phone or email with advertisements or spam emails.

I have been charged on my debit card for an item I did not order not did I receive. I want this charge removed from my card.

tryin to cancell order, security # not reading right
I went to thr website www.verifyyourorder.com, and filled out the fields as requested...I keep getting an error that the security code is invalid...The numbers in the confirmation/security box are not accepting the correct numbers that I put in the box. Results I can't get on to cancel my order.

Charged for free trial
I ordered a free trial for $4.95 and then I received my credit card bill with a charge of $74, 95. I tried to call them but it was not business hours. I checked the website again and sure enough at the very bottom (in very samll print) it says the free trial was only for 12 days and after the 12 days I would be charged $74.95 for the 30 day supply and I will be put on their automatic replenishment being charged $74.95 each month. I have not even opened the bottle yet so I am sending it back and have the charges reversed. I have always read the small print on things but this one got by me. Oh, IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN THE 12 DAY FREE TRIAL YOU CAN KEEP THE FIRST BOTTTLE.

Charging my Credit Card Monthly
To whom it may concern:
I would just like to profess my discontent and frustration with the Purity 12 Company. Only because Purity 12 has no way to communicate my frustration via email, rather they want me to shoulder a huge phone bill by calling their company during the day when it is convenient for them.
I recently tried to order the product and after reading the fine print, discovered that my credit card would be billed monthly 74.95. I immediately tried to cancel my account via their website form that was provided by their website, and it did not work. Rather my browser was hijacked and I was redirected to a chat room to chat with a representative. I first communicated my frustration with the website form to the representative, but got no answer. Although my account was apparently cancelled, I could not get a decent response from the representative to put my mind at ease pertaining to the cancellation or the reason for the obviously broken cancellation form on the website. I tried to communicate my frustration with this so called representative but received only a generic response to call a number. When I inquired if the number was toll free, again I just received a generic response to call the number. Apparently, now that I was not a paying customer, I was not justified with the respect, or time allotted to voice my complaint. Rather I felt slighted and treated as unimportant. I have attached the chat room conversation for you to examine yourself, and you can read for yourself how trite the representative became when I began to inquire as to the problems I was experiencing, and rather than address them and make the company stronger and better she chose to ignore and patronize me with her trite responses. If Purity 12 wants to excel as an honest, trustworthy and viable company they should treat all customers with the same respect and care that is their due. Please feel free to contact me, I would welcome the chance to fully profess my frustration with this particular representative of Purity 12.

Unauthorized charges --$74
What a rip-off! Do NOT order any free trials from this company. Do not give them your credit card info. That little 14-day supply costs you $74.95 if you do not return it--within 14 days (so, you basically have like 3-4 days to 'try it' and return it)

This company never gives you any indication of this when you order that little free trial, or 30 day supply.

This is the most outrageous bate & switch I've ever seen.

Debit Charges
I am Shocked that I am being Charged (Debit) I did not agree to this contract, and did not receive any product for this charge. I did agree to a sample, and payed for shipping. Agreed to this only. I will cancel my Debit Card as I am fearful of this company. I have been charged 2 charges of $ 69.95. Beware ! Michael Boyle/MA.

Additional Fees/charges - A possible solution
I found this website and read all of the complaints AFTER I placed my order for the "free" 30 day trial... Once I read all the negative reviews on this company, I panicked and went back to the original site that I ordered from. Upon scrolling down to the bottom, the policy of being billed $74.95 after 15 days is clearly stated on their site. I hadn't seen it before, but I didn't look either. I immediatley called the customer service number (877-300-6125) and got a rep fairly quickly. They explained their policy, and lowered the fee by 50% if I agreed to use the product for 30 days. They then told me the EXACT date my account would be debited, and that I can call back to cancel any time thereafter and not be billed any further.

So this is not, in actuality a COMPLAINT... but I hope the info I provided will help someone else who is having the same problem. After all this, I really hope the product works for me :)
