I would like to warn anyone against ordering any product from this company. Their disclosure is very poor and their practices deceptive. I was offered a free trail with shipping and handling that I had to pay for that did not add up to more then $6.00 and was charged an astronomical fee of $80.20 for ordering 1 bottle that contains 30 pills. please, please to not get tricked. As far as using the product, I used one pill and felled sick for the entire day and did not use anymore. If you are trying to clease your colon, to lose weight or to maintain good health please do not fall for this product as I did. I will recommend http://www.chipusa.org/ as a great program to assist anyone to achieve maximum health.

Unauthorized charge and shipment
Billed to my charge card, which I did not give them the credit card number, for a bottle of Purity 12 which I did not authorize to send or buy. This is fradulent and I will notify that dept. at my bank.

Misleading Advertising, Refusal to Refund
Do not buy this product from any website!!! Very misleading advertising. Their website says they will ship you a "free" bottle of the Purity 12 Colon Cleanse for only $4.95 shipping and handling. What you don't see on this website is that they will actually bill you $74.95 on the 15th day after you order the product. They will then ship you another bottle and bill you another $74.95. I have called to complain and I was told that if I had clicked on the button for their terms and conditions then I would have known that I had to call within 15 days or I would be billed for the "free" bottle and automatically shipped another bottle every 30 days. They said they would refund for 1 charge but are refusing to refund for the other charge. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I hope they will take steps to stop this kind of false and misleading advertising. Nobody should have to go to a second webpage to find out that they will be billed additional charges and shipped additional product. Very rude and hateful on the phone when I called to get the amounts refunded.

I also received another shipment and another charge on my account without authorization AFTER I had made the necessary call to cancel any further orders. I only wanted the trial and of course it didn't do anything like I expected. I do have an authorization number that I received when I cancelled and I am calling tomorrow to give myself the pleasure of yelling at someone about this.

This is my FIRST TIME writing a review/complaint!! How bad is that??
I was unhappy to see $74.95 was charged on my account for 14 days free trial product! then I thought, lets give this product a try anyway... WELL, IT DIDN'T WORK!!! false advertisement, misleading!! There's no email confirmation sent (unlike Acai Berry) and the product delivered WITHOUT an invoice/ or statement WITH COMPANY INFORMATION.
Today, I received another package!! Scrambled around to look for a contact number so I could canceled it! Found a number on my bank statement and assume its a phone number, try my luck and got them! The agent wasn't a bit surprised that I am not happy with the product and service and tried to tell me that in the website it is stated about the $74.95 charges will be charged after 14 days. I was getting upset when he try the 'hard-selling' anyway knowing that the reason I'm calling is to cancel it. Finally he said that he'll get the refund for me, and I don't even have to return the package. Yeah, right! I don't need it, since it doesn't work for me. The tactic they use make me sick!!
Oh, the phone number is 877 300 6125 for those who might need to call them.

Does not work
Purity 12, did not help me loose any weight in a one month time. I have had to take extra stool softners to use the bathroom. At one time I was so constipated had to go to the hospital. Also they had taken my money without my authorization. After I had cancelled the order/subscription. I even made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully they will be some help.

charged debit card $80.20
This company claimed that I would only be charged $5.95 for a product, but debit my account $80.20
for this product. I looked for a phone number to respond and found nothing, nor a website to write to.
This is so very wrong for a company to scam poor innocent people. In the process I had to cancel my card,
wait for another and wasn't able to use my account for over ten business days. There should be some way
for our government to get these con men and put them away for life. However, I have learned a lesson
in the process. Never ever give out your credit or debit card number until you have done elaborate
research on the company prior.

Line everyone else, a free trial of $4.99 would be charged for shipping and handling. Not until you hit submit does this company indicate that another $74.00 will be charged to your credit card information in next 30 days. I tried to cancel my order immediately, however, in my mail yesterday, I received the bottle of Purity 12 anyway. Funny, how you come to this site and there's no place on how to return the merchandise.

Refused- product--Bank acct charged 77.12 anyway
When I received the producted I opened the envelope enough to see there was no paperwork whatsoever included. Immediately red flags went up. It is hard to call to cancell when no addresses or phone numbers are included.
When I was online looking at my bank account today I noticed a charge I had not authorized. I tried calling the number on my e-statement. The phone line sounds like it's dead when they put you on hold. After the third try I finally had someone answer after waiting several minutes.
She said they do not send paperwork they are a green company. When I informed her of the fact I had refused the product, she said they have no way of knowing that. I informed her that the delivery Confirmation # would tell them that As it was scanned refused. She said all products are thrown away upon delivery back to them. She said inaddition I had not called to cancell. I informed her again I had refused delivery of the product the postal delivery confirmation would tell them that besides the Refused written on the returned item. They have no intention of returning my money and I worry they may take more next month.
