I ordered it last week, and seen that you needed to cancel within the trial time. I did get through to the company by the phone number presented, and cancelled within 3 or 4 days. As far as any charges incurred during that 3 or 4 days was only postage and handeling. Always read the terms, I've learned this the hard way, and it really stinks. I called my credit card comapny about this too, on the same day I cancelled Purity 12. They want me to check statements regularily just in case, and if after I cancelled incurred the 70-some$'s to put in a dispute with my card company and they'll take care of it. I ordered a 2 week bottle of Purity 12 online which I was told would cost me $9.00. Two weeks later I was charged $79.99 and then 4 weeks later another $79.99. I was then treated very rudely on the phone by these people and told that it was my fault not theirs. Someone really needs to do something about them.

I ordered the free sample and agree to the $4.95 shipping cost. I now have been charged $74.95!! I want a full refund and order cancelled but they are refusing to do so.

My neighbor told me about this product that she ordered from a link on NASCAR.com and that she had spoke to a vitamin store employee about this product. They sell it in their store. So I decided to order it today, unfortunately I didn't check out the product online before ordering it, my mistake. I did so after the fact and cancelled my credit card immediately. One thing no one has mentioned about after ordering this product is they sign you up on other web sites for free trial and then start charging you $29.95/mo for their services as well. My neighbor already had this charge on her credit card. The two web sites I know of for this part is www.fitfactory.com and www.lifestylefit.com.
