Rip off
Purity Products advertized a trial sample on t.v for men. My husband ordered the product and paid the S.H fee of 6.95 from a automatic computer voice on the phone. This amount was paid for and then another $39.95 was taken out after my husband recieved the sample. He did not authorize this money to be taken out and tried to get ahold of the company to tell them to not have him a member for your products almost gave him a heart attack.
Then you ignored his calls and I tried calling to have this.

A Medicine Show - SCAM
An offer of a 'FREE' product trial resulted in unauthorized retention of credit card information, unauthorized shipment of 3 bottles of product and unauthorized charges of $152.60 to our credit card. After researching the multitude of other complaints, we canceled the credit card. The product is non-standardized and non-FDA approved.
- If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it's a duck! Purity Products is a SCAM, nothing more than a modern medicine show - snake oil & voodoo! A fraud!

Ripped me off by charging my credit card
I ordered a free offer from Purity Products, and was set up on a recurring billing. I was told if I did not want to continue the products to call or email and they would stop billing. I woke up today and checked my bank account and found a billing again from them for 113.00 after asking them to stop my product delivery and billing about a week ago through email. I want a refund for the 113.00 and to stop them from billing my credit card again. I feel mislead that I was told I could stop at anytime and the company did not stop after my request to stop billing me and sending product.
When I called today I spoke with a service representative who stated that they changed the cancellation process and I could not cancel by email any longer. I never was contacted that this cancellation process has changed. The man I spoke who I spoke today with would not give his number and continued to try and sell me additional product

Unathuorized charges
I signed up to receive their free trial of OmegaBerry for $4.95 shipping and they auto-enrolled me in the autoship program. I called in and cancelled after I received the OmegaBerry bottle and 8 days later, they billed my credit card for $99.99. I called back and they said I should have my money back in 3 days!!! They said the person that screwed up my cancellation request was no longer with them. I don't care. They need to have a better way to check orders. What a scam! I will never order anything from them again.

Crappy business
I had great luck with purity products' HA formula. without question the health of my knees improved more than i could imagine (i'm an old skier and runner). but their sales tactics are BEYOND absurd. these people are the worst spammers and callers the world has ever known. really, they are horrible and they never stop. even after i got them on my 'do not call' list, THEY CALLED ME with a different company name. i got, 'this is heather at joint health where we specialize in purity products, wanna buy some supplements?' when i told her this was completely illegal, heather responded by saying, 'that's what everybody i've called has said to me.'
total douchebags through and through. great product, but such a crappy business model that it doesn't matter.

Scam artists
They are scam artists and are guilty of false advertising. They promised a free sample with only a shipping charge and they charged my credit card on the same day they shipped """the supposed free sample""" the full price plus shipping and I am sending a complaint to the radio station they are using to advertise on. The product was"" hylaronic acid joint formula"" advertised as a totally free sample and all that needed to be paid was a shipping charge.I am a senior and I was supposed to have 15 days in which to cancel if I did not want to proceed with using this product.I had to shut down my credit card in order to prevent them sending me more of their product.

Unauthorized use of my Creditcard
sign up for free trial online, called in and canceled...said no additional charges would hit my account...a month later $74.95 was charged to my account. Called company refused to refund money. I complained about the bottle being received with absolutely no information of future monthly charges to my account, said that they would stop future monthly charges...This is a scam in hopes that most people will not catch it in time and that they will probably being able to collect $74.95 atleast twice before knowing it. They also told me that it was a 12 day trial and that I was supposed to call in 12 days...actually know in 12 days and feel the product working. What company says you're start feeling miracles in 12 days. far fetched.

Illegal use of credit card
Purity Products Illegally used my credit card to mail me a "free" product. They $4.95 shipping was charged to my card. I have never contacted this company and they had never contacted me. This is outright stealing! It would be interesting to know if all the people ripped off have some common denominator, such as a purchase from the same business or the same bank. They are getting the confidentail credit card information from someone.
With all the complaints, how do they ciontinue to operate?

Deceitful Business Practices
Purity needs to be held accountable for its seedy and cruel business practices .The internet just keep piling up complaints on Purity. As a near Customer victim of the Company. I did a little research in the Company after I fell victim to a radio advertisement on free products and a shipping cost only. After submitting my credit card number I started having second thoughts on my actions. But I waited for the product to arrive, but not before calling the Company several times to report that I did not receive the product in the time as said.I then called again to cancel all future unauthorized charges on my credit card, a major complaint from most of thier customers reporting on the internet. Be foreworned doing business with this company when it offers free products and shipping cost only. Unauthorized charges to your account will occur 99.9% of the time.

Fraudulant Charges on my Card
I order Evoxin from a radio ad. WWMD also stated, that I would be refunded for shipping cost. I sent the rebate on 10 Feb and they received it on 15 Feb. I noticed that I was being charged $29.95 for February...I called and cancelled, the young lady said that she would fix that in their system...THEN I was charged again in March...and they TRIED to charge my card again in April. I called and spoke with Sicilia and she claims that I never called and cancelled and that she could not refund the previous charges. You can imagine how suprised I was to file a complaint and SEE ALL the numerous complaints from this very same company, with almost the same fraudulant activities. Please email me: [email protected] and tell me what will or can be done to bring this company down and stop their illegal practice.
Thank you,
Daniel Spencer
