Unauthorized additional membership and fees
After ordering free samples of this and another product for shipping charges only, with 2 weeks my account was additionally charged exhorbitant amounts, which when i contacted my bank for other business, i was alerted to these fraudulent charges. i immediately filed fraud charges with the bank. being a senior citizen, cannot afford anything i do not desire. i am beginning to receive credits back but must wait an extended period of time to make sure they actually are credits back before i can utilize those funds. let this be a lesson to those who order online.

Stay away
I received numerous emails about this product. It was said to try a trial sample and could cancle at any time. The product did not work but just upset my stomach and cause irritable bowel sydrome. I cancelled but was still charged $74.95 and I was offering to return the product. I am going to put this info out to numerous web sites to help others.

Losers
I to have been ripped off. Ithought I was trying a sample free as on Rachel Ray and on the computer. This was on Oct. 3, 2009. On Oct.
4, 2009 I emailed to stop my contract as they call it. I received my
bottle. Here it is over three months ago and I have found out they
held out $89.00 twice on the Jan.25, for two bottles. When I called thecompany I was told they would refund the second charge but not the first one because I never stopped my contract. I was told by
the first person I talked to. The second one seemed like she had a bad
attitude or was having a bad day. I asked for a supervisor and a man
got on the phone and said he was the supervisor for the day. And of
course I got the same speech from him with also having a bad attitude. When I told him I didn't keep my copy after over three months that I cleaned out my file cabinet for the new year. I was told without proof they couldn't do anything. I asked how long he lept
things and he said in a smart??? voice "as long as I need to." I also asked why I was being charged for two months and was informed that in Oct. they had a billing problem and was now billing for that
month. Now explain to me where Nov. and Dec. went for billing. I am disabled and live on a fixed income and because of this I am now way in the hole with the bank. I will be having over $200.00 short in my account and will be that way till my next check in Feb. so for
every day with no money I am being charged a late fee . Tell me this
doesn't suck.

a diet scam
Tried the product didn't work at all. Excerised everyday and also watched what i ate. I didn't lose a pound at all. I actually gained to pounds. Called the componany to cancel so I didn't get billed by this company. But I found out they already billed me. They said it was over to 12 days that I ordered the product but I didn't recieve the product until 9/21. that gives me until 10/3 to cancel. They go from the date you purchased thats not right when you don't get the product right away. Don't ever order from this company. they are a rip off.

refills not authorized
I ordered their free sample and at the very bottom they have a box you can check that states you can cancel refills now. Which I checked and they still sent them to me. The Acai Berry was $82.31 and the colon cleanser
was $89.00. They give a number to call on the shipping box and keep you on hold for over 20 minutes. This alone feels like a scam to discourage you from canceling. I use a TDD machine which means an operator and myself are both held on the phone for a long long time and still no live representive ever came on the line. I need help.

no response to cancellation request
Did not want to continue "trial"...unable to reach contact by phone 877-300-6125 which answered business hours only for answering (it was during business hours..their mt. time) Tried to cancel order on verifyyourorder.com. After completing all of the required information, the claim was that my order could not be found.

Overcharge
I ordered a "free" bottle of Purity12--was told that the only charge would be for shipping ($4.95). I was charged that amount and later there was another charge for $74.95. I never received any goods for the latter charge.

Free trial the a 74.95 invoice
I ordered online a free trial of Purity 12 for a 4.95 shipping charge and later learn in the smallest print I have agreed to receive a monthly automatic shipment unless I cancel. I want to cancel. The telephone number is disconnectand to do it on line we need an order number. The product came in a box with no invoice to refer to and the shipping label was just a shipping label not a packing slip. How am I suppossed to know the order number if they do not supply one with the order? Order number is needed to do cancellation.
