On Nov 21/08, when i didn't receive my ordered item which i ordered on or about Nov 03/08. i decided to track it on the company website. It seems that the company tried to deliver it on Nov05/08 and it was returned as "Receiver was unavailable". On Nov 20/08 i decided to check and found out that it was returned because the address was incorrect. All the time between Nov 3/08 and nov 21/08 they never bothered to check the address and sent it out to be delivered again with the so-called incorrect address. I have corrected the address with this company 3 different times, and every time they tell me that the address is not correct. Now i have been told that the company will not deliver it until nov24/08. I have waited at home each day for this delivery without receiving it. How can they?? They need a "hero" to check out what is the correct address and get this item to it's intended target.
I await their delivery with great anticipation.
