Bad customer service

A couple of months ago we had a system installed and everything was going great until we had a couple of issues come up that we tried to call the company to try and get them come out and make sure that the system was installed correctly. It has been two weeks maybe even three since our first of many phone calls and every time we call we are told that someone would be right over and nothing. I am thinking of just calling the company and requesting for them to take back their system. Very disappointed.

Stay away

Mike said all stainless tanks mike said all brass valves mike said the detergents that came with the system were top of the line mike said alot of stuff that was not so i just want them to get there system off my property and give my money back or we will be in court i want an appolagy for being lied to and the product being missrepresented is this company so terrible that it wont even return our calls they were going to service the system evey 90 days have never seen a soul since september 9th when they installed it and the installation was not satisfactory i could go on and on please get your butts out here and lets talk about what we are going to do about this joke of a system you ripped us off for
