I got a call from Matt Alhouse of Push Traffic stating the company provided one on one mentoring for those who were trying to start an online business. Since I knew my company was relocating in a couple of months, I thought it was a perfect opportunity to sign up and start making money on my own. I had to sign a contract that "showed" exactly what I would get for the money I paid, which was $7, 000.00. The contract shows I'll be getting 25 hours of 1-on-1 marketing mentorship, 33 hours of group mentorship with John Paul Raygoza, a free landing page setup (a real joke since one coach wanted to redo the landing page altogether) and 4 passes to John Pauls' underground seminars.
I had 3 different coaches during a 4 month period, and the last coach I had could only schedule me every two weeks because Push Traffic was getting more and more customers. After 3 months with the same coach, the appointed coach call didn't take place. I figured maybe he was sick that day so I sent him an email requesting to be rescheduled. In the meantime, my husband I and both were laid off and lost our home. With everything going on at the same time, ie, moving, getting internet connections up and running, it was 2 months before I realized I hadn't had a coach call.
I contacted Push Traffic and was put through to Harwood Hamilton who set me up with a new coach. We started a new website, but after 3 months, the coach calls have stopped. Harwood reassured me things were back to normal and that the coach will be contacting me to schedule my next call...it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't heard back.
From all the complaints I've read about Push Traffic, it appears that calling them for a refund is useless. I'm seriously thinking about contacting my credit card company for a chargeback.
