Im awaiting their answer, stay clear of this company, for your own sake

Im writing you to tell you how i have been a victim of fraud, from your GOLDMEMBER 'putian Tangrentrade' - and want to make sure this company will NEVER make another dollar on fraud. This is what has happened.

My name is Peter Martin Larsen - my alibaba # is dk100454542 i run a small family business in Denmark, with focus on import of electronics from Asia, which i export to the United States and a few countries in Europe too. I was looking for some high quality phones on alibaba.com - and contacted Tangrentrade, who seemed to have what i looked for. What a disaster for me that i chose this company. I spoke several times to their worker 'cathy Chen' on trademanager and throush MSN (i have all the transcripts - and im sure alibaba.com has the log of our message history too) This persen (Cathy Chen) was asked if sure was 100% sure that the phones would work in the United States - i specifically said 'are you 100% sure - not 99, 9%' - cause i didnt want to buy them if there was just the slightest chance they didnt work. She said 'yes - im 100% sure' - that answer made me purchase 7 Nokia N95's and 4 Nokia E90 - total price of nearly 3000 US dollars. When my customers on ebay got their phones...yea you guessed right... they of course didnt work...everyone wanted their money back, and of course i have to refund them. So, now its my turn to get the refund for the none-working phones. I contact Cathy Chen through at least 10 mails (have the delivery notes on my computer) and through trademanager and MSN - for ONE MONTH! and she ignored every single word. NOTHING was done, she simply didnt care enough to reply. I had lost 3000 DOllars!

After trying to get Cathy to speak, i finally had enough 3 days ago, and called the company - some manager answered the phone and asked me to send the details by mail, cause his oral english wasnt good. So i did - i gave him a deadline for 3 days to find a solution. The deadline was 12..01 pm DK time today (½ hour ago) so this is why im writing you. I have of course tried to phone the company again, but im sure you would know (as i did) that they dont answer the phone! I am ready to file a lawsuit against tangrentrade - and i have contacted the Chinese Embassy in Denmark, to get help. I have also hired a lawyer - and we planning on going to china to confront the frauders, as we have both their names and adresses.

No need to say that this is a disaster for me, what they dont seem to understand is that i have lost 3000 dollars of my familys savings, and i have 4 kids! its not a joke, and im not rich - i just cant let 3000 dollars go. I think it should be pretty easy for alibaba.com to figure out what kind of comapny tangrentrade are. Just demand them to join a trademanager conversation, and then monitor the whole thing. If they dont 'show up' to the conversation, well then you have proof that this crap company has something to hide. I think you should help to prevent that anymore of your members will be hurt by Tangrentrade again, and therefor arrange such a conversation as soon as possible. Im not kidding when i say that i feel like ripping them apart. I feel like going to china and get them arrested. I have tried everything I could to solve this in a proper maner, but Tangrentrade has shown no interest in doing so. Its so sad that someone like this can be a goldmember on the worlds most serious B2B site - you have no idea how bad this is for your image. I will post this mail on every fora available to help other people from losing amounts like me. If ever solved, i will of course take them down - but seriously staff, you cant benefit from a company with this low morals on your site. Its extremely bad goodwill for alibaba.com

Please respond to my mail ASAP and set a time for a trademanager conversation, that you can monitor. As i stated i have every MSN, mail and trademanager convo ever made with this company. So its an easy case. The Chinese embassy has been positive towards me, and is ready to set an example for companies like this - but it doesnt seem to aafect the manager at 'Putian Tangrentrade'
