3 days of work to my 2002 f250 ford truck turned into 2 weeks of run around from the dealership, then 3 more visits because of there lack of skilled mechanics.I also have Lost plowing customers because they kept my truck sitting in the lot untouched for 2 weeks and my clients didn't care to here that.Stress and aggrevation gas wasted going back and forth and havingto deal with more problems they caused.They diagnosed the motor and saidbecasue they washed the engine it was skipping but it really was the number 8 cylinder coil pack, this happened twice in 2 weeks time.It has made the fuel mileage of the vehicle dramatically drop and it runs worse than my first trip in.and say they will now not fix it.
I realize ths is all due the dealership but this has pretty much made up my mind NOT to by another Ford.This is my 2nd for truck and it has been nothing but trouble with Putnam Ford.
