We logged into our checking account today to find an unauthorized charge from this company for a total of $79.90 on my wifes debit card. We never signed up for this service. After calling this company they finally closed whatever account they said they had set up under her name but refused to refund the money they took from us. We have not received any supposed kit and would never have signed up for such a stupid thing as we know they are scams. We try to think of ourselves as smart consumers but this is really outrageous. We want our money back as we are living on a fixed income since my wife is disabled and on chemo. This basically took all of our grocery money for my two week payroll period and I have a kid in the house to feed as well. We have filed a complaint with the state attorney generals office and are hoping we will see some results from that as we cannot afford to hire an attorney. This is so maddening!!!
