An agent from Pyramid Life Insurance sold my mother, 83, a supplemental Medicaid policy she didn't need. He took total advantage of her and we've been trying to cancel it since November 2009. I've sent them requested information twice, they never return phone calls and they continue to bill my mother who only makes $600 a month! We haven't paid them a dime but they continue to pay her claims. I've turned in a complaint to BBB of Texas, they home base, and also to the Nebraska Insurance Group. I'm more than a little frustrated and angry that this hasn't been resolved and the lack of professionalism by Today's Options.
