I wanted to buy (Antivirus Software on the internet; Reference My Visa statement dated 30th April 2009)) I thought I was on the Antivirus Software site and submitted to download. I was not able to download any software as they gave me no information ( I was expecting a registration procedure with a confirmation number and a proer Internet Link for downloading) .My e mails to their email address ([email protected]) were not answered . My Credit card company (VISA) can not help me in obtaining te details of Q Business Solutions Inc, from the UK. My Credit card company has sent me forms so that they can initiate action against Q Business solutions. I have read at least two other reports of the same scam - one of them was in Australia and the other was in Canada.
I had to pay £46-07(GBP equivalent to $66.33 US Dollars) for the product of Anti Virus Software, which I never received from Q Business Solutions.
