I can not get them to stop taking money out of my bank for their products that I have cancelled. They say that they don't have anything to do with it now. But they won't give me information on where I can go to talk to someone about the order. I had to pay for the samples that they sent because they said I didn't call in during the first two weeks but I had called when they told me to. They supposedly cancelled the further shipments but now I am getting another amount taken out and now have no one to turn to because they wouldn't give me information on who to contact about the cancellation.

I received the first order of foot patches in november. and then qfl charged me for another order, which I sent back and cancelled, then l in December they billed me again $54.94, I finally received the first refund of $54.94 the last part of December for the first $54.94, but they still have not refunded me for the second order. It's been 4 months now and I email them every week. And never receive a reply back.

The first part of December I called and cancelled all orders but they went ahead and billed me again.
