they get your information and keep charging you for things with you card weeks later

I order the trail of their diet tea and colon clearer, on 2/10/2010 I call QFL, I was told I would not be charged and would receive a phone call from them in a day or two. They called on 2/11/2010, told me to ship the product back to them which I did. They did not offer to pay for the shipping, as their web site states.
On 2/13/2010 they charged my card twice for $78.99. When I called them they stated I would have to wait until Monday.
This is a company no one should try or do business with. I am reporting this company to the Better Business of Texas in hopes that no one else will use this company.

I ordered one time from this company for wu long weightloss tea, and when they sent me a second box two months later I emailed them to cancel any future orders with them because they are automatically running my credit card, and I now have 2 more boxes! It is impossible to contact them by phone, and obviously emailing won't stop the orders either. Someone help! What can I do to stop this, and if I send the product back at my expense, will they give me my money back?
