This company is filled with thieves! Prior to my first complaint, I order 5 (different) mannequins from this company. It was my belief that they could not mess up an order of mannequins since all you have to do is pack the one from my picture. (Was I ever wrong!) I received two sets of identical mannequins and another one that was damaged! Keep in mind that I ordered 5 different mannequins and when I brought this to Amy's attention she said she is not doing anything about it. This is really great service after I paid the money to her!

I started talking to Bonnie about the issue since she was going behind Amy's back to get me to order from her. I showed her the pictures and it was clear that I did not get what I ordered and the other one was severely damaged; she said that they were nice and I should keep them! As a paying customer, I thought I had the right to decide what I felt was nice...I paid 50USD for 5 mannequins, more like 2 and 1 damaged + 100USD for the shipping.

This company will do anything to get your $. Again, back to my point from the previous comment, if you make a mistake on an order should you not correct it? If they did not have the models that I have selected, I should have been advised and let me decide if I want to purchase another model. The models should not have been selected for me. If you purchase curly hair but instead receive straight hair, is it okay for the supplier to say just keep it because it's nice hair enough though that is not what you ordered? That is considered theft!

As for the damaged mannequin, it makes common sense to add more protection to the one positioned on the bottom. To my surprise the was the one with the least protection which is why it was damaged!

These workers are careless and do not know what they are doing. Take it from me, do not waste your time with them because they do not own up to their mistakes and even worse you can never get a hold of the manager.

Just think, if they can mess up on such small orders, what will they do on the bigger ones. Are you willing to throw away a large investment? (Any investment is too much to lose!) If you pay for a product, that is what you should get.
