Hello,
I totally agree with the comlaints against qiran.com. I recently registered with qiran.com as a paid member and soon I got an interest alert from a girl who wanted to talk with me. We started chatting through msn and I was shocked when she turned on her webcam and wanted to do a webcam show for me, ofcourse for money. I immediately blocked her, deleted her and reported to the admin of qiran.com.
To my utter surprise, they replied to me saying that my report was false and that I had no right to complain. I was very angry to see this mail and I replied that they had no right to accuse me of a false report and I demanded better customer service.
I was expecting an appology, instead I got a reply saying that I should appoligise to them and the member. Not to mention that it added to my fury and I told them how rude their behaviour was and I demanded the name of the person who replied to me.
Next I received a reply threatening to suspend my account and the entire tone of the reply was very rude and threatening.
So I decided to send an e-mail to main contact e-mail address given on the website of qiran.com. I could not believe myself when I saw that they suspended my account as a result of this complaint. I still had time before my paid account was due to expire. They did not refund me any money either.
I do not understand why the admin of qiran.com is supporting someone who is looking for clients through their website for webcam shows. There is something fishy about them and I think that they are running a phishing scam.
I think its only couple of / few people running qiran.com to make easy money however on their website it says that they are part of Cronomagic.
Hence, I have contacted Cronomagic and sent them an e-mail regarding qiran.com and I have also contacted the 'offeice de la protection du consumateur' of Quebec.
I am sending e-mails to news papers and I am also revealing the scam of qiran.com on various internet blogs.
