Oredered Goods and quoted 2/3 days delivery. They took payment from credit card that day (this is illegal) I called them after 5 days to enquire where my order was. I was told that dispatch would call me the following day and delivery would be 5-6 days.
I said I would cancel, but was told I had to put it in writing.
I immediatley cancelled by email at 8.45am. At 4pm I had an email saying that I could not cancel as the order had been dispatched.
Goods delivered were the wrong goods and damaged and I requested that they arrange collection. They refused and again said I could not cancel.
I had no option to return them and arranged a courier as QS refused to arrange this. Still awaiting a refund. I have taken this up with my credit card company and the manufacturer of the product. If this is no good I will pursue QS through the small claims Court. QS avoid them at all cost.
