Faulty tap
Bought three taps from the Sagittarius Pure range from QS. When fitted, one tap leaked and kept dripping. Contacted QS through their 'faults' contact: ignored. Contacted them again through their 'support' contact: ignored. They have no intention of dealing with faulty goods. Beware! Avoid this company at all costs!
(Sagittarius themselves were great - sent a replacement cartridge, which fixed the problem - no fuss).

Avoid this company
I'm sure this company are great if the product you buy isn't faulty but I certainly won't take the risk again. I wish I'd read reviews before purchasing.
Ordered a tap and asked if it would be delivered by a certain day (in time for my plumber to install it). Was told it would be there in plenty of time - it came 2 days late.
The tap is faulty. I called QS Supplies and was told to fill in an online form which I did immediately. I called up again the next day as I had no reply to the form and I currently have a leaky tap connected and don't want to pay the plumber to come back twice to disconnect the faulty one and fit the replacement.
They told me to call the manufacturer and gave me the number. I told them they were the supplier so they should be dealing with it but by this time, I had already read the bad reviews so realised I would probably be better off with the manufacturer anyway.
The manufacturer has just promised to send out a replacement part today so I will hopefully sorted soon.
All the comments I have read criticise their customer service and I have to agree. Mine is a small issue compared with some but I order a lot of goods online and this is the first time I have ever had cause to complain about a company.

Second hand item sold as new
We bought a towel rail for our new bathroom last week. An excellent service, the towel rail was delivered within 3 days. Unfortunately it was used. It's covered in dents and scratches and has rust coming out the bottom of it. I contacted QS Supplies and they didn't seem surprised at all, just told me to take photos and email them back. Having read some of the complaints about them, I'm not sure it's even worth bothering to do it, they will probably just take the item back, ignore our refund and sell it on to some other unsuspecting customer, in fact this towel rail has probably already been used in this scam on a number of occasions. If they were a reputable company & this was a one off incident, they would have been very embarrased and accomodating and would have taken the towel rail back with an offer of a replacement or a total refund. I think we will do our best to clean it up and sell it on ebay as a used item in order to cut our losses.
SCAM MERCHANTS, AVOID QS SUPPLIES!

Item returned because of late delivery, no refund
Ordered a tap from this company but needed it by a specific date as a plumber was coming. Paid them an additional £24.00 to guarantee delivery. Tap wasn't delivered. Called them and explained that the plumber was about to leave and was then told that I had no chance of receiving it in time, but they wouldn't tell me why or when I would receive it. It arrived the following day and the paperwork accompanying it showed that it had not been dispatched until the previous day. After two weeks of chasing this company for a refund I was told that they would send their courier in to collect it and my debit card would be refunded. That was almost 6 weeks ago and I still have not received the promised refund. They are cowboys of the first order and I would strongly recommend that nobody deals with them.

Goods misdelivered, poor customer service
Am professional builder. Initial order, 24th Feb 2010; items stated as in stock; assurance of imminent delivery by end first week march. Early march, upon tearing out clients bathroom, QS change delivery date 28th March. Charged £50 delivery charge to supply only shower base to enable me to tile bathroom; shower base delivered not suitable. Returned to QS. Purchase base from alternative supplier and await quadrant. 28th March; no quadrant, client very stressed. QS offer alternative for about 30% more. 1st April purchase cheaper quadrant from alternative supplier. Request refund from QS. QS hit me with around £200 for delivery charge and restocking. Accept charges, request £400 refund. 17th April have now threatened legal action if no refund within seven days. These people are incompetent, their customer service is atrocious and they are also dishonest. Do not use them.

Terrible service
We ordered items toatallin £1400 and explained we needed them quickly. We were told that we would have them a few days later (on the Monday). Later on that day (of order) they called us to say that the toilet was not available and that we would be refunded the cost. They also said that the shower door we ordered was not available but they had a 'superior' model for the same price. My wife explained that if it was to the exact same specifications (height, colour etc) then that would be acceptable. She was assured that this was the case.
When the delivery finally arrived (in two parts, one on Wednesday and one on Thursday) we discovered that the shower door was of a different specification (50mm shorter and with cheap white plastic handle as opposed to the chrome one we originally ordered). They refused to replace this despite being in breach of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (Sec. 7. c) saying that I would have to pay £100 to replace at my own cost.
Many telephone calls and e-mails ensued-each time the staff were unhelpful and rude-only after I threatened legal action did we finally get the refund for the toilet agreed (after 2 weeks) although we have been left with a shower door that we did not want and am still waiting for a faucet to be delivered.

Horrendous service
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I ordered some taps and needed to return as they were not compatible with my current sink plumbing. Staff were extremely rude and refused to put me through to a manager. When I explained that I needed to refund item and their website states that you have to call to get a authorisation number this was not given and they advised me I was going to be charged 25% restocking fee. I advised that no where on their website does it state this and they then agreed that ok no they will give a full refund. As they did not give me a reference number I kept calling only to be hung up on and told the returns department was closed! After receiving such bad customer service I have looked up their company on the web and am now aware that if I did return the product I will not be getting a refund anywhere near in the future. I have now emailed Watchdog and hope that others who have received bad service will do the same. Hopefully then this company will be closed down as they should not be allowed to trade.

Supplying Faulty Items
QS supplied faulty and incomplete bathroom furniture. Item was claimed to be in stock but took six weeks to deliver. Three months later they have still not supplied the missing items and in each telephone conversation they put me off saying that someone is ill, on holiday etc that prevents them fulfilling the order. They claimed to contact me but never did. They are dishonest, hostile and to sum up their customer service is non-existent. As soon as they have the payment for the items they take no interest whatsoever in the customer. I will never ever buy from them again and they are a disgrace to the manufacturers that they supply for. They should be reported to trading standards.

World Record Bad Service
Terrible company to deal with. Hostile and terrible customer service. They will take your money and not give you delivery dates or times unless you pay for it! Do not do business with this company unless you like abuse and can afford to lose your money!!

Awful experience
I ordered a bath and it was delivered a week later, I left it in the packaging so that it would not get damaged. On the day the plumber came to fit the bath and the packaging was removed the bath had a crack on the side. I contacted QS supplies they were rude and kept putting me on hold and then cutting me off, they asked me to send pictures of the damage which I did, they told me they could not do anything about the complaint because I had the bath for more than 14 days. I suggested they pay to get it fixed as this would be a lesser cost than a replacement but they were not interested. DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH THIS LOT AS THEY ARE CONMEN I AM SURE MY BATH MUST HAVE BEEN A SECOND AS THE CRACK DID NOT EVEN LOOK NEW.
