we were soliceted online by q/t talk about their glorious phone service with unlimited long distance in north america, 1-800 # . all we had to do is buy their phone equipment which took forever to get to us, many phone calls & many lies by their people. once we got the phones they did not work as stated. we phoned them (qttalk) & they told us they would have a techy. contact us which never happened. after 5 months of them taking our money & giving us no satisfaction we told them they would be receiving their equipment back. they gave us an address to send the equipment back to & said we would get a full refund. 3 more months later & they now say they will have to investigate as the people we have been dealing with no longer work with them. once they investigate they will send us only the money we paid for the equipment which is way less than the monthly charges we paid even though we never had service. they say that all monthly fees commence when you receive their equipment and continue until you cancell but are not refundable. GREAT SCAM, if you are Canadian you cant fight this & they know this. send equipment that is prepaid charge monthly fees for a service you are'nt going to provide and when the people get frustrated & cancell, so what'''' we have made a bunch of money from the stupid canadian & there is nothing they can do about it. we have our equipment back now to sell to another dumb canadian. apparantly they can get away with this, my advice do not deal with these scamming americans. they will lie to you & steal your money. my name is Malcolm & our company is mutual roofing in edmonton alberta canada
