Between 6:30 - 7:30pm this evening I received what I thought was a collect call from a family member.
After given the requested information, I was disconnected. I never spoke with the person on the other end of the call. I will not pay the $17.95 charge I was advised it would cost for 60 miinutes or any portion thereof.
I have reported this situation to my local Verizon service and will no longer accept phone communication from your company.
