i want to unsubscribe mozaic account from my cellphone connection. its qtel - qatar.

by mistake i registered my cell phone with this account (6908252) it will take / decuction amount (qatari riyals) without my knowledge - that period not download any items from qtel. i contact with customer care - they simply informed - its system generated . we can not do anything.

help me and inform what i can do
