Miscellaneous Room Charge
Manager BRANDY ROGERSON has been called serveral times the past 5 days and is always unable to talk or to return calls. I have called the CHOICE HOTELS customer relations line and was promised and call back, however, 5 days later and still no call. My husband stayed has stayed in this hotel for the past two weeks because he was working in the area. On his first night in the room in came in dropped his bag off and left for work along with a co-worker (who was rooming with him). They returned late that evening and came in took showers and went to bed. They left the following morning early (by 7am) and returned again late that evening. When they returned the second night there key card would not work. There stuff was still in the room so why was the key unable to work? When my husband went to the front desk he was told that there was a mistake and the key was turned off. They were issued new keys and went in and took showers and went to bed. They checked out and was then told that a 'miscellaneous' charge was placed on the account and they would need to speak with Brandy the general manager regaurding the charge. They were told that she was not in and that they could call back. She they said that if they did not sign the room charge that the room could not be closed out and that they would be billed for an additional night so my husband signed...He called serveral times that day and left messages however, no call back. I called later the same day and also called the customer relations number for Choice Hotel and was told that she had to call us back within 72 hours, however, again no call back. I was told when I called back after 5 days when my calls would not be returned and was told that I would be receiving a letter in the mail stating that because my husband signed the charges that he agreed to them. I can't beleive this is acceptible from a business. Please don't give them your bussiness and money.

Over charge
I stayed on Friday Feb 18 for 2 nights and they charged me for 4 nights. The General Manager was so rude in trying to help me and she hung up on me. How is this customer service in any way. I also ask for a wake up call for 9am cuz I had to be somewhere by 10:15am. Well I did not get a wake up call and I did not get up till 10:00 am. Elle was the GM and she needs to be delt with because she has not customer service skills!

broken pipes
At 4:00 this morning water pikes busted in the bathroom where were stating, room 127, and soak the whote room. They did move us, but when I checked out this morning that stated that I contact you for the trouble we had while stating there. They could not adjust my bill since I made the reservation on line.
Apprecite you checking into this for us.
