On arriving at this hotel we were sent to a room (106) the door handle was broke, we went and told them about this and was sent to another room (115). We went in and rested a bit before venturing out, went to get some supper got back to hotel could not get back in room had to go and get another key to get in. My husband wanted a cup of coffee so we tried to make one but the coffee parts were not for that coffee pot. The hair dryer worked but only if my husband stood beside me and pushed the button and held on to it. The room was full of ants and i have an autistic child that is terrified of any bugs. Wanted to get some ice for some drinks but the ice machine close to the area we were in was broke. I will not stay in another quality inn hotel, because i well wonder if this is how all of them are!
