Sub: Harassment: for sell of forms of Bharati Vidyapeeth University Pune (India)
Dear Sir,
With a heavy heart I have to bring to your kind notice the following facts for information & redressal: on 18th Feb 2008 I send my peon to your Lake Town Branch (West Bengal), India to purchase form for Engineering stream for 2 candidates. While our requisition was for engineering stream the clerk (Mr. Kuntal Dutta) concerned handed over form for medical stream. Photocopy of the bank challans are enclosed herewith.
When the under sign went to the branch on 23rd Feb 2008 for getting the form for the engineering stream, replacing the forms for medical stream, I was terribly insulted & humiliated by your officer Mr. R. Banerjee.
While I have procure the right forms from your sector V, Salt Lake City branch. I am unable to forget the insult & humiliation meted out to me by Lake Town Branch official instead of expressing their regret for the mistake made by them, they wanted to fix up the responsibility on us & refused to replace the forms.
Let not anybody think that the issue of Rs1300/- is being blown out of proportion. What is important is the subject matter.
I am sure you will kindly agree that for a bank of your reputation & standard this should not have happened. I should not only be refunded the amount of Rs1300/- but a letter of apology from the employee concerned should be ensured.
This is also effected the reputation of the renowned university i.e. Bharati Vidyapeeth University Pune (India).
Incidentally it may be noted that I am a reputed businessman & owner of a ISO 9001:2000 & HACCP certified organization.
Yours faithfully,
Mr. Samar Majumdar
