All brides and anyone else looking to buy a dress for their wedding or prom, do not buy from Queen is a Girl. I purchased a wedding dress from them. The quality was terrible. The dress had no boning to keep the sweetheart top up, lace was coming off and not sewn properly on the dress, and to top it off, the dress had a needle sewn in it that kept sticking out. I returned the dress within the seven-day full refund guarantee, and they won't refund my money, claiming they never received the dress when in fact someone signed for the package. They simply refuse to refund the money. Don't be fooled by someone name "Mary" when in fact there's no one there with that name. The company is located in China. LADIES BEWARE!!! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Don't order from this website unless you want to waste your money. They falsely advertise Montage by Mon Cheri for a mother of the bride dress but sent me something else - wrong color, wrong material, 2 piece and should have been 1 piece but their factory says that is the way they always make that dress. They would not refund my money even though their return policy clearly states that if you are not satisfied they will refund your money within 7 days notice. They did offer to give my USD 30 back. Really, I paid them $334.00 - what good is $30 after you already wasted $304? Also, I paid with PayPal thinking i was safe. NOT. They could not get my money back either because they don't deal with this kind of thing. Whatever.
