Quest is a huge rip off they charged me for a phone bill for 4 months after i cancelled my account there customer service is horrible the worst I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY FROM QUEST!!! Now they have turned me over to a collection agency because there customer service is to *** to solve the problem on there own. they are in my opinion thieves. BEWARE it is a rip off. Quest has also now ruined my credit and will no longer deal with me because "I dont show up on there computer anymore" what a bunch of jerks.
