Questsavers is withdrawing $8.95 per month from my master card account. When I called them at 1-800-527-1656, ext #3, I was told that they could not find an account in my name and that I would have to fax them at 972-881-4527 to abolish any account that they had in my name. If they are deducting a monthly amount, someone in their company has my information, yet I get the runaround.
