I too was searching for a loan only to discover that three days later $49.95 was debited from my account for some card I never signed up for. When I contacted the company, I was told that I could only address this problem via e-mail and that it would be 48 to 72 hours before someone would respond to my complaint via e-mail. The only number that I could find for these people was an answering service and the person I spoke with was rude and gave me the run-around regarding how this money could be taken from my account if I never applied for a card with this company and/or did not select "Yes" to accept this card or this charge. I would like to report these people and have their business shut down. Thank God I had the money in my account, however this unauthorized charge has cost me a $35.00 late fee on my credit card since the money they took was what I was going to use to pay my bill. Bastards!!
