this company is charging my credit card for this service that we don't even use or have.

Fraud
My credit card was billed for services I had not asked asked for. I expect a full refund. I have contacted the Better business bureau. I also contacted action 9 News I expect funds returned to my credit card immediatly!

unauthorized charge to credit card
received a charge for $59.95 on my credit card twice. the first time was authorized about four months ago for a cd but this last one isn't.

taking money from account without authorization
i HAVE REPEATEDLY TRIED TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY TO PROTEST THIS UNAUTHORIZED REMOVAL OF FUNDS. mY BANK EVEN REFERRED ME TO A DISTRICT COURT IN DELAWARD THAT HAS A CASE AGAINST THEM. wHAT CAN i DO? i EVEN CHANGED MY CHECK CASHING CARD NUMBER.

took money after told not too
I paid the 2.99 and never received the CD, also told them to cancel any other charges not to send anything or charge anything since they never sent the CD. They took out of my account the 39.99 anyway, I'm now fighting to get it back!! Laurie/Michigan

Unauthorized billing
This company has taken 39.95 out of my account. I need the money for college applications, I have tried repeatedly to get a hold of the company, and never have been able to get a hold of them. I am 17 and they still took money out of my account, I have never even heard of the Company. I told them when i first talked to them that I was not over the age of 18, and that I didn't want to be contacted by them again, however they still sent me the CD in the mail that i never asked for. All I want is to get my money back and not worry about this company swindling money out of my account anymore.
