quickbucksdirect withdraws fund from my checking account without authorization.this is the second time it happen able to contact them stated theyre going to refund that money and then they just did it again.maricar

i just logged on to my bank account and realized ive been stolen from!! 24.95 has been debited from my account every month since may and i had no knowledge of it until this mornin!!! tried the website an was unsuccessful, called the number and got a recording about them not being open today... i will b calling them n the morning to talk about this... I DONT EVEN HAVE A LOAN WITH THEM!!! I JUS DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY CAN TAKE MONEY FROM PEOPLE LIKE THIS... SMH.

I don't understand how "QuickBucksDirect" took money from my saving account twice. Onec on 5/14/09 & 6/12/09, what is this for and I want my money back for both withdrawn time. Can someone help me with this, because I did not ask or sign anyone to take money from my account.

QUICKBUCKSDIRECT TOOK 24.90 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY EVEN TOOK IT OUT IN THE FIRST PLACE BECAUSE I DID NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM.
