I ordered a drum and toner package from Quick Ship on 2/23/11. I paid for 2 day shipping (9.10). Well after not receiving it in two days and checking the tracking # they gave me, I found out that it became a 5 day delivery. I called and spoke to a rep (Casey). He stated that the warehouse they would normally ship it from was currently out of the product and it had to be shipped from somewhere else. I asked "Why didn't I get a call informing me of that?". Or "Why didn't your webpage advise me that it may not be 2 day shipping?". He had no answer. He stated that my invoice states "estimated" delivery time... MY INVOICE STATES 2 DAY SHIP... (Fedex Ground (2Day)). This is exactly how it looks on my invoice - no footnote, asterick, anything advising that it would take longer than 2 days. I advised him that I would not be paying for the shipping because I needed those items on 2/25/11 (the 2 day delivery date) and they were really worthless to me after that. He had no concern and kept changing the subject. He stated that he could give me a short refund on my next purchase but there was no way he could refund my money.
I ordered ink, for another printer, on the same day and that company has no problem shipping it out on their 2 day stated delivery. And their company name isn't even QuickShip.
This has been a horrible experience for my company and we may have lost a very important job from this issue. I hope that no one ever uses their company OR they fix their website and get some less ignorant/unhelpful/unknowledgeable representatives. These People have NO IDEA what they are talking about or how a company should be ran. I will do anything possible to make sure people are aware of their POOR responsibility.
