Terrible service!
We purchased over 1200 sq' of laminate flooring in Sept. 04. It was installed according to directions, using top quality underlay. The laminate started to separate and huge gaps showed. I called Quickstyle. Joe DiNardo came to our house on April 18/07. He said he would take a report but that it would take a few weeks to get back to us. We didn't hear from anyone from Quickstyle. I called Joe back on Nov. 21/07 and asked why no one has called me. He said he has been "waiting for paperwork" from the store where we purchased it and that a report hadn't even been submitted to head office. He said he has been "very busy". This was 7 months later. He said he would call the store and get back to me "right away". It's been almost 2 months and, again, no one has called from Quickstyle and he hasn't called me back. Recently, while in RONA, I told a customer about the flooring so that he would consider another brand. He told me that he knows it's "crap". He was installing it for a customer and it was breaking off at the ends where it comes apart. He referred to the product as "garbage". An employee of a large store that sells Quickstyle says that they have a lot of problems with them. I guess that once they've sold you the product, they couldn't care less. DO NOT BUY QUICKSTYLE FLOORING!!! There is also another complaint on the BBB website about them not solving a customer service issue. I've had 2 contractors tell me that the product is defective--it doesn't clip properly.
