Owner was so rude!
He took a long time to get here and when he did he immediately yelled at me for not having a correct phone number on my online ordering form,
which I do need a number but delivering my food late and then being a prick is uncalled for.

He continued by saying because of this he couldn't call and tell me the sauces would cost me extra (I live 6 blocks at the most from this store; already charging me 2 dollars for delivery) so hes getting his money's worth from me at this point anyways .

I said to this that iv'e ordered from this location many times and never have been charged he then got much louder with saying he is the owner and i must be wrong because this could never have happened.

This has happened, other employees must just be more laid back and not so angry.

At this point I'm threatened by his loud manner just from me complying that i didn't feel it was necessary to charge me for the sauce .
He only brought 2 extra and no banana peppers, so he's charging me a dollar 50 for 60 cents worth then demands my coupon for a dollar off which is pointless now.

Because of his rude ways I said just that, that he was rude ! He then said he could leave anyways he didn't need this, but the only reason he got any raft of any sort was because of his anger displacement .

I ABSOLUTELY understand the charges of sauce and my number not being there but old angry men claiming to be the owner should not be on delivery . He didn't even bring my my banana peppers and my small salad container had reduced to an even smaller container than last time.

I do not appreciate his service at all i could have walked the few blocks and went to subway this man should never deliver again

I also will never go to this location and advise everyone of there horrible service
