I received the "Free Gift" from glow (trial sizes) and after reading fine print decided not to open any of the products and returned them to glow. I sent note with return and asked that my credit card not be charged and asked that no future products be sent to me. I have e-mailed Customer Services several times with no response and have tried to call during their business hours 7am to 4pm. Always answering machine stating that they are not opened at the time and to call back later. My credit card has been charged $90.00 for absolutely nothing. I have a confirmation from the US Postal Service that the package I sent back was delivered back to glow.
My 21 year old son said "mom you are too trusting - don't let companies take advantage of you". Boy, was he sure was right.
