The attitude and service rendered from the staff of a bridal shop can be changed drastically after a payment/commitment is made. I went to a bridal shop which is located in Tmn Sentosa and had booked 3 gowns altogether. An initial payment was made upfront. The attitude of the manager and his staff is so nice as you can feel that they share your joy and happiness with you.
However, just 1 week later that I'd like to change my evening gowns which I later found not very suitable for me. I called the "helpful" manager but his attitude and voice tune is 100% different from the past. He disallows me from changing the gowns and even said something that very awful.
I just couldn't believe that the people who are in the servicing line can treat their clients in such a way. Is money the only thing they care for? The terrible service I received will definitely make me away from that "Purple" bridal shop forever.
