Should refund customers' return shipping costs -- not just the original shipping cost
My complaint is that QVC stated that they will give me back what I was charged for any products bought.
They said that they will give me back my shipping and handling.
They gave me back their shipping and handling but not mine.
Because it did not fit well, I had to pay extra to send their product back.
I think they should have sent me a return shipping label that covered my shipping cost.
I feel that a lot of people are being taken advantage of because it cost too much to send the items back.
I requested for them to send me back my extra shipping cost. I have had no response at this time from them.
I will stop shopping on QVC if they continue to not send a return label with original shipments.

SCAM
PLEASE, don't use QVC. What a scam they have. I bought a HP (mistake) computer 1 year and 3 day ago. My key board stopped working. QVC wont help me because I am over by 3 days...So my computer that costs 699.00 is worth less now...Thanks for the customer service QVC.. If I can convince one person not to buy from QVC. Its worth the loss to my family...Please send me an e-mail about any problems with QVC. I AM THINKING OF TAKING THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT. [email protected]

Customer Service
I ordered an item send to my daughter in another state. She returned the item. We have been 4 months trying to get the money back. She calls customer service and they tell her they have credited my credit card for the amount. I call QVC customer service and they tell me the amount has been credited to my credit card and I should call them. I call the credit card company and they tell me they have NOT been credited. I have to call QVC back and they tell me first that they sent a check to my daughter and then that her account has a credit. I insist they either send a check or credit my card as she doesn't buy anything from them. They assure me they will but they assured me a month ago that they would credit my account. I am finished with them. I just want to sit down and cry today.

QVC=Overpriced Garbage
One more thing my wife ordered from these people, one more overpriced piece of junk that doesn't work. This time it was an ionic air "cleaner", that not only didn't clean anything, but kicked out so much ozone that it burned your throat. Then there was the vacuum that could be purchased elsewhere for half the price, that broke down the second time I used it because the plastic bearings in the brush roll (yes, plastic bearings) melted! Then there were the way overpriced fuzzy clothes hangers that don't allow clothes to hang straight and collect tons of lint so bad that they are unusable. And then there was the overpriced, outdated TV that I wouldn't even let her take out of the box. I surprised these hucksters are still in business with the amount of junk I send back to them. They make sure that their TV station is always there no matter what level of cable you get, there it is, always on a low channel, waiting for gullible people to give them their credit card number. Anyone know how to block this channel (and HSN)? Come on, I know there are a ton of guys out there that feel my pain.

Never delivered product
After ordering a tv in Dec they claimed we would receive it on FeB 7th, we never heard anything from the delivery company and keep calling QVC. They said "we have till the 7th" . On the 4th we called and they said the delivery company canceled because they couldn't reach us, that was later changed to "we canceled"! Both are lies! no one spoke to us, QVC has claimed to have this at there corporate level. And will contact us. Again no one has! What a bunch of frauds! I will buy somewhere else thank you very much. Once again even in a bad economy, companies show they do not care about the customer.

Been having some problems with QVC. I have been using them for some time and never had any complaints but lately i am having a billing dispute on a purchase i made and i cant seem to get anyone on the phone to speak with about this. Is their a main number to call where they can answer questions from customers about prices and exchanges. I like using them but i need to be able to speak to an employee when i have a complaint.

Misleading/dlatantly false shipping estimates
http://www.ftc.gov/ftc/contact.shtm <<<this is the site to complain to. It is the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) complaint site.
If you have anything like the problem I did take time to go to ftc.gov and create a complaint.I ordered a kitchen appliance from QVC this year on December, Monday 14th, 2009. I was told the extimated delivery date was 12/22. I called a customer representative before I finalized my order and asked if the 22nd was an earliest date and she said no, the average. I asked how she got that information and she sort of vague. I didn't think too much of it because it is not necessarily something a representative would know. I asked when it would ship and she said it sould be out on Wednesday the 16th at the latest. It shipped the 17th and UPS advised me it has an estimated arrival date of the 24th (had it actulaay been picked up by UPS, which it wasn't), if it had shipped on the 16th. Which it didn't. The only tracking information I have on an order shipped late, is that it was picked up Noon yesterday, and rather than an estimated delivery date of 22nd I have a delivery date of the 24th - the same day I needed to be able to present it as present.
I should stop here and explain why this is something to consider as a solid complaint. They KNEW at the time I placed my order that anything that could possibly ship on the 16th was very improbable to arrive on the 22nd via UPS ground. This is logistics - not opinion. The message you get in UPS that says "picked up by agent" on your tracking info means a big LTL truck has shown up - not a trained UPS agent - and scanned your packages and drove away to pick up however many stops they can get in and drop off at the UPS facility that evening. UPS handles it as a customer drop off - it will ship very late that night or early AM. Then it will be forwarded on pre-set delivery routes. They know very accurately how long it takes to get to you. Knowing all of that, they then lie about the delivery time.
Now - resolution. None so far. I have a UPS package that has not been scanned since the agent put it on a truck early yesterday. It may/may not be ok, may/may not be in transit. It will definately not be here on the 22nd, andmost probably not on the 24th. So I requested the representative send out another order based on an accurate ship & recieve schedule which for today if it shipped over the weekend or Monday AM would be UPS next day air, I would even settle for UPS Blue which is two day air, and wait to charge for the second one until they can confirm I recieved both - I will then gladly return one. This is not an option for them. Further more, they said even without tracking information (should it fail to scan further at all) they will not begin to research the order until the 30th.
I am not trying to post opinion. These are the facts as they happned. I think QVC may be trying to pull the same thing that got Fingerhut got in trouble about a decade ago. They cannot fill the orders placed as fast as customer expectation and need is, so they, well - lie. They purposefully told reps to lie about delivery dates. It is either verbal or in the system and either way it is incorrect. If you have an order that needs to go, remember neither QVC's ship date or how long it takes is correct. You can always wait to process the order and call UPS and ask how long it will take. I strongly recommend you do.

Screwed me twice
I ordered a Samsung tv from QVC using a prepaid debit card (Walmart) and everything was fine till I got a call a few days later explaining they didn't accept prepaid debit cards (nice of them to process it though). I canceled my order, but asked if I could use my bank debit card. They said yes, they accept those. So after waiting TEN days for them to return my money I deposited it and ordered a Philips tv I liked. I called 4 times over the last few days every time being told the order was fine. They told me yesterday it had processed and authorized and I would get the tv Friday. Tonight I noticed the charge dropped off my account so I called my bank. They said QVC canceled the order. Assholes! I called QVC and checked online and both say my order is shipping and I will get it Friday. This is the second time. Screw them. I am ordering it from Newegg in a few months for cash like I should have in the first place. QVC is just out to make interest off our money. I've shopped with HSN and Shop NBC in the past without incident. In a few weeks QVC has shown me that this is a scam on their part to make interest off holding our money for weeks on end without delivering a product. It's wrong. I could have used that money elsewhere but now I have to wait 30 days for a refund or try to get my bank to reverse the charges. My mission right now is to warn as many people as I can on as many sites as I can. Maybe by making them lose business they will stop screwing people.
