My account have been charged $37.19 for a product or services that I don't even know. And when I recieved my bank statement there was this charges that I don't remember authorizing. So without hesitation I try to log on this site(Qwebs.com), but they don't have a customer service contacts to cancel this charges. I have no clue on the next step to do to resolve this complaint. Should I call my bank?
